What time is check-in/check-out?

Official check-in time is 02:00 PM. Early check-in is possible based on availability. You can check-in late at night but please let the front desk know if you are checking in after 10:00 PM.

Official check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible based on availability, at the rate of 10 euro per extra hour. Feel free to book your late check-out with your room!

Is there laundry service?

We do not offer a laundry service, but our staff will be delighted to indicate you a laundry located in the immediate proximity of the Harmon House.

Can I smoke in the room?

Please note that the hotel is fully non-smoking. It is thus not allowed to smoke cigarettes, vaping or electronic cigarettes or shisha. In case guests do smoke in the hotel, a fine of €150 for deep cleaning will be charged. The use of candles in the room is strictly forbidden.

Do you have a room service?

We do not have any room service, but we are delighted to assist you with your UBER EATS order by collecting, preparing and delivering it to your room. We are also happy to accompany your meal with a drink of your choice from our bar.

Can I bring a pet?

Even if we do love these cute little animals, due to organizational and hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in our rooms and common areas.

Can I change my reservation?

If you have a reservation with flexible conditions, your reservation can be cancelled or changed up to 2 days before the arrival date. In case of a non-refundable reservation, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel or modify your reservation.

Are children allowed in the breakfast room?

Your children are of course welcome in our breakfast room and we will be happy to offer them portions adapted to their hunger.

Do you serve halal and kosher food?

Our breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of products that are respectful of the cultures all our guests, regardless of their nationality and religion.

Are vegetarian / lactose free / gluten free dishes available in restaurants?

Hotel guest can use the parking lot for XXX per day per vehicle (until 24:00 of the departure day). Customers who spend more than XXX in restaurant can park for 2 hours free of charge. Please bring your parking ticket when settling the bill. Parking fee for other customers is XXX for up to 1 hour and after that XXX will be added per every 30 minutes. If you park more than 2 hours, XXX will be added to the total amount. *For example, the parking fee will be XXX if you park for 2 hours 50 minutes.
